Return Process

  Log into your Koala account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your items back in their original packaging; if you no longer have the boxes, please ensure the items are securely wrapped for transport.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Choose a convenient date and time for our specialized delivery partners to collect the items directly from your doorstep at no extra cost.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
